ZIEGLER delivers 15 firefighting vehicles to Luxembourg
Final acceptance of the last vehicles in October 2024
ZIEGLER is pleased to announce the successful delivery of a total of 15 firefighting vehicles to the Corps Grand-Ducal d'Incendie et de Secours (CGDIS) Luxembourg in 2024. The first nine vehicles were handed over in August of this year, while the final six were delivered in October.
The vehicles include five LF 20 and 10 HLF 20. They are equipped with state-of-the-art technology in order to optimally fulfil the requirements of the Luxembourg fire service. The vehicles will be delivered to the following locations:
- Dudelange (HLF 20 4×2)
- Kayl (HLF 20 4×2)
- Petange (HLF 20 4×2)
- Schengen (HLF 20 4×2)
- Rambrouch (HLF 20 4×4)
- INFS (LF 20 4×4)
- Canach (LF 20 4×4)
- Ell (LF 20 4×4)
- Goesdorf (LF 20 4×4)
- Grevels (LF 20 4×4)
- Grosbous (LF 20 4×4)
- Kiischpelt (LF 20 4×4)
- Lac (LF 20 4×4)
- Nommern (LF 20 4×4)
- Sandweiler (LF 20 4×4)
With this delivery, CGDIS Luxembourg is strengthening its fleet and is prepared for future challenges. ZIEGLER is pleased to make an important contribution to safety in Luxembourg with these vehicles and to continue its long-standing co-operation with CGDIS.
Following the completion of this series, ZIEGLER has delivered a total of 38 vehicles (spread across the LF 10, LF 20 an HLF 20 vehicle types) to the CGDIS authority since 2018.
